The drive on tube frame Wide Body design of these models yields a very stable road worthy trailer for bulky pontoon boats. A heavy duty ladder bow mount is incorporated into the design for safe and easy access. The heavy duty bunk support system insures full support for the pontoon tubes. All components are of the same rugged construction found on all custom TRAILMASTER'S.

• Mig welded frame and bunk supports

The entire trailer is fully welded for strength and durability.

• "Lube Axle"

Axles are equipped with a "Safe-T-Lube" system, which permits complete bearing lubrication without removing the hubs.

• Plated couplers, winches and brake actuators

All bolt on couplers, winches and brake actuators are plated for additional corrosion protection.

• Bolt thru swing parking jack

• Powder coated Pewter steel wheels with clear coat

Standard steel rims are first powder coated and then clear coated to retard corrosion and maintain appearance.
